Q: Do I need to have my gown cleaned before sending it in?
A: No. We will handle all the cleaning necessary to ensure proper preservation.
Q: Will all stains be removed?
A: We are able to remove at least 95% of all stains such as tar, blood, grass, mud, grease, food, and wine.
Q: What process do you use?
A: Several different processes are used depending upon the gown and gown material. All of the processes are safe and performed BY HAND.
Q: How can I be sure that everything was done?
A: When you receive your gown it will be sealed inside the preservation chest. The chest can be open and resealed if you wish to examine your dress. Resealing materials are provided for you.
