QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS
If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package for a return authorization. Packages will not be accepted without prior authorization. The reason for this policy is to actually facilitate the prompt refund of your purchase and to ensure that you receive any replacement items in a timely manner. You may submit a return request by using the Return Authorization Form! Please note that it takes 2 BUSINESS DAYS for a return authorization to be issued so please be patient.
 
What is your policy on return of damaged items?
We make every effort to pack items so that they are not damaged. Mishaps do happen which is why our packages are insured. If damage occurs, contact the appropriate carrier to file a claim. Make sure to save all packaging material for inspection by the carrier.
If you require a replacement order, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the situation. If time is of the essence, make sure to contact us immediately.
 
What is your policy on return of defective items?
We make every effort to insure that your items are in new condition. We are human and at times a defect may have missed our scrutiny. Contact us for a return authorization within 7 days of receiving your package and we will gladly replace the item. If time is of the essence, make sure to contact us immediately. Don't forget that ALL returns require authorization.
 
What is your policy on return of non-damaged items?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (didn't like how it looked, size did not fit), contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Please keep all the original packing material as it will facilitate the return process. You will be reimbursed the item cost less any shipping/handling costs.
Here are the exceptions to this rule:
Customized items containing personalization are not returnable.
Bel Aire items are returnable but will incur a 40% restocking fee.
Customized veils are returnable but will incur a 40% restocking fee.
Undergarments are returnable but will incur a 40% restocking fee.
Shoes are subject to a 10% restocking fee based upon the full retail value.
Dyed shoes are not returnable.
Gown orders are not returnable.

DYE SERVICES
Yes, we dye shoes and handbags. Dyed items are not returnable! The cost to dye one item is $10. An additional five (5) business days are required (standard delivery averages 21 days, upgraded handling averages 12 days). You may send us a swatch or select a basic color (black, silver, gold, light ivory, medium ivory, dark ivory).
If you are sending a swatch, place your order. In the special instructions, note that you will be mailing in your swatch. Mail your swatch to: Bridal Savvy, 4299 Piedmont Ave., Ste. B, Oakland, CA 94611, ATTN: Dye Order #_______ (the last four digits of your order number is sufficient). The cost of the dyeing service will be added to your order total.

 
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
With standard shipping, expect for your order to arrive within 7-10 business days. If we can not get your order to you within this time frame, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order.
Upgraded shipping will get your order to you within 3-5 business days. To avoid delays, specify your need by date. Orders that are upgraded are evaluated first. If we can not get your order to you within this time frame, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order. During the weekends, you will be contacted on Monday.

 
How much is shipping?
We ship using UPS and USPS. The base cost of standard shipping is $7.25 for orders up to $100. Shipping is 10% of the order for orders over $100.
Upgraded shipping is $19.99 for orders $99.99 and under and 20% of the order for purchases over $100.00 with a maximum shipping cost of $200. These costs apply only to the continental US. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, select upgraded shipping. All other international delivery is $24.99 for orders $99.99 and under and 25% for purchases over $100.00 with a maximum shipping cost of $200.
 
Can I pick up my order from your store to avoid shipping costs?
We do not offer this option as most orders come directly from the manufacturer's warehouse.
 
PAYMENT SECURITY QUESTIONS
What methods of payment do you accept?
You may use your VISA or Mastercard on our website. You may also call your order in and pay by VISA or Mastercard. If you wish to pay by check, you may do so but you must call your order in. Your order will not be processed until your check is received.
