What impressed both my husband and I was that (1) you never said anything negative about a certain vendor for the dresses, photographer, videographer, etc....only the FACTS!!! FACTS are very different from "negativity" (2) you were always on time about when things would arrive. (3) That's unbelievable how much money you saved for us on my dress!!!
